Enviro Vat Product Information
Enviro Vat’s patented Vacuum and Transfer Unit is fully self contained and trailer mounted. It is equipped with a power unit, vacuum and transfer system, steel holding vessel and 100 ft. of 150 psi chemical suction hose, which is equipped with brass couplings.
The unit can be controlled from as far away as 100 feet using the unique remote control feature.
The system has multiple safety features such as pressure and vacuum release valves, a primary and secondary shut-off system and a fluid level indicator.
Each unit comes standard equipped with our patented Wellhead Vat.
- Vat can be mounted directly to the wellhead or above the BOP.
- Top flange allows for the attachment of equipment above the Vat and above the working floor.
- Vat is in place to handle release of fluids either from the well or from wet string.
The complete Enviro Vat system is a versatile alternative to costly trucking or backhoe services.
- The wellhead vat can prevent spills, eliminating the need for earth pits.
- The vacuum system can be used in conjunction with the Wellhead Vat or can be tied directly to the well to replace a vacuum truck.
- The transfer system can empty the vessel down a flow line, down the casing or into a larger tank, eliminating the need for hauling and disposal fees.
